World renown for their stupendous quality and style, as well as options for any budget, Mishkan Hatchelet is an Israeli manufacturer of Tallitot, creating Tallit prayer shawls that connect the wearer with the spirituality of the holy land and elevate the prayers to a new level of inspiration and dedication. Tallits and Judaica are their specialty, and they bring a good sense of respect and classic style into all they make. The largest Tallit manufacturer worldwide, this terrific company employs 200 people in 3 branches around Israel, hand making Tallit prayer shawls as well as Tzitzit (Tallit Katan) garments for the Jews of the world. With shops located all over Israel and several international branches, Mishkan HaTchelet is on top of the game with Judaica and Jewish textile products.

Each Tallit is created with attention to detail in a process of a number of steps. First, the loom must be prepared for weaving. Then, the garment is woven on the mechanical loom, under the watchful eye of the weavers. After that, the wool is bleached in a chemical and optical process, lightening it to the desired white color that traditional tallits are based on. The next step is sewing on the Atara and the corner squares of the Tallit. Last, but certainly not least, the Tzitzit strings are tied by hand, carefully. All of these steps are carried out by the company's professionals with care and love in order to reach the desired result of the best possible tallit to sell to you, anywhere in the world. The company was stated in 1995 in Be'er Sheva, Israel, and ever since then, they have been producing high-quality Tallits and Judaica at such a level that they now are the leading company in the industry. Everything is made manually, and the differences in the tallit designs are carefully calculated by measurement, stripe size, and type of tzitzit strings. They have patented techniques that make their products some of the best, and they've been awarded 5 different hechshers: Badatz Ha'eda HaCharedit, Badatz Beit Yosef, Badatz HaRav Vazner, Badatz HaRav Machfud, and the Rabanut of Tel Aviv. These unique tallits are some of the best choices, as the evidence of years of continual successes shows, and make terrific tallits for everyday prayer, special occasions, weddings and Chuppahs, Bar/Bat Mitzvahs, and gifts for any occasion. Sure to be enjoyed and a special sort of Israel made gift, they are a great way to connect with Judaism, prayer, and the holy land.
